Period, menstruation, bleeding, strawberry week or the shitty days. There is no lack of names for it, but there are many women, girls and people who deal with it openly and naturally. Who can choose and afford different period products and have a good hygienic environment for them. And that is exactly what "Padman" or an Indian man gave it his all for a few years ago. He was determined to help women to be able to use a cheap hygienic sanitary pad instead of dirty rags, leaves or sawdust. He fought like a lion against traditions, abusers, and above all to give up when no one took him seriously with his sanitary napkins. He became very famous for it and he is truly a HERO!
